WAR alliances: Who is legit

There has been some confusion on our relationship with the War alliance.
Hopefully this will clarify matters.

"War" is the original alliance. They are out of bounds (as are any top 50 rated alliance, unless you have specific written authorization from SrMichael to go after an alliance on the top 50 list).

Additionally, War has 3 legitimate sister alliances that are currently out of bounds:

-WAR-

There are other "poser" alliances who call themselves war. If their name isn't on this list - they're fair game
